I had a fantastic stay at this hotel which is perfectly located near many attractions, making it easy to explore Boston on foot. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made sure my experience was memorable. The room, although a bit on the smaller side, was clean and modern. I did face a couple of issues with the bathroom facilities, but they addressed them quickly. Overall, it’s a decent value for its prime location, though the pricing can add up with added costs like valet parking.
I had a pleasant week-long stay at the hotel mainly due to the accommodating staff who were incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to historic attractions, but the room I got was somewhat cramped for my long visit. Overall, the service was friendly but could use more attention to detail, especially regarding the front desk and additional fees.
